Corporate Event Bar Hire Options

Cash Bar
Guests pay for their own drinks.
We arrive with a fully stocked bar complete with serving staff accepting cash and card payments.
A minimum spend deposit is required and is refunded shortly after the event.

Pre-Paid Bar
The drinks are on you!
Decide how much money you’d like to put ‘behind the bar’. Once this is used up you can top it up or we can swap to a ‘cash bar’.
Similarly to the cash bar option, we will arrive with a fully stocked bar and serving staff.

Price Per Head
Want to stick to a certain budget?
Why not set a price per head? This can include a range of drinks such as cocktails, wine, draught beer and cider.

The vans measure approximately 5m x 3m x 2.5m. We will need a little more space than this to manoeuvre into position.

We require a power hook-up to operate. Either a 1 x 13amp, 1 x 16amp or 1 x 32amp connection within 25 metres of the van.

Our quotes include disposable or compostable glassware options. If you’d like glassware, we can arrange hire of this for you.

Within reason, anywhere! For longer distances, the vans are towed. This will impact the hire costs and will be outlined in your quote.

For cash bar hires, a minimum spend deposit is required to secure the booking. If the minimum spend is not reached, the remaining balance is deducted from the deposit.
